team is led by Jyoti Sahasrabudhe, who holds a B. Sc. (Honours)
in Biochemistry from Queen's University and a M. Sc. in Food
Science from the University of British Columbia. Jyoti holds
a number of auditor certifications which include BRC Global
Standard for Food Safety, GMA-Safe, ASQ and ISO 9001. She is
also certified by BRC to deliver training programs.
