With over 35 years experience in the Food Industry, Sahasrabudhe & Associates Inc. has scientific expertise in the areas of food safety and HACCP, food product and process development, regulatory compliance, nutrient analysis and labelling and client service. We have assisted companies in the development of HACCP plans, quality improvements, new product development and labelling for both the US and Canadian markets. We have assisted start-up companies as well as large multi-nationals in various food sectors, including bakery, wine and beverage, dairy, meat and processed food.

Our team is led by Jyoti Sahasrabudhe, who holds a B. Sc. (Honours) in Biochemistry from Queen's University and a M. Sc. in Food Science from the University of British Columbia. Jyoti holds a number of auditor certifications which include BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, GMA-Safe, ASQ and ISO 9001. She is also certified by BRC to deliver training programs.
